Can I have more than one template?
You can have as many different templates within your Mailshot account as you like. Some of our clients use different custom templates for press releases, newsletters or even different companies that are utilising the same database. You will receive one custom designed template as part of your set-up with Mailshot but can purchase additional templates as you need them
How long does it take to get my account setup?
We will set up your account right away. You will need to allow some time for your templates to be designed; the length of time will depend on your personal requirements. Most of our clients are sending their first campaign within a week of approving the design of their template.
Can you supply me an email list?
No reputable company will supply you with email lists or databases. It is against our anti-spam policy for you to email people who you do not have express permission to email. More importantly your campaigns will be more effective if you build email lists yourself and get to know your customers. Can I create separate subscriber lists?
Yes you can create as many subscribers lists as you need. You can have separate sign up forms for each one or a single form that subscribes you to multiple lists.
Can I put a subscribe form on my website?
Absolutely. We can even provide you with some custom html code to include on your existing website – just ask.
Can I display my newsletters on my website?
Yes we can provide you with some html code that will automatically display your sent campaigns on your website.
Can I use my existing CRM software or database to manage my subscribers?
Yes all data can be imported and exported from Mailshot and into almost any CRM (or other software) package.
I already use an email newsletter system but it is not as good as yours. Can I transfer to Mailshot?
Sure we’ll give you a discount if you show us a recent invoice from another provider.
Can I have a demonstration of the system before I sign up?
Absolutely, just sign up on our website and we’ll even allow you to send trial campaigns to lists of 5 people or less.
When people reply to my newsletters will the emails come to me?
Yes when you create a campaign you choose the email address and reply address that the email is sent from.
Do you have an anti spam policy?
Yes we take spam seriously. Please read our anti-spam policy.
Do you offer bulk discount pricing?
Yes if you send more than 10,000 emails per month you may apply for a bulk discount. Contact us for bulk pricing.
Can you help me write content?
We can put you in touch with copywriters if needed.

Can you send my campaigns for me?
Mailshot offers a fully managed service. Contact your account manager if you would like to discuss your needs further.
